1. Service provider and acceptance
The service is provided under the Bushra brand by بشرى. By browsing the website, creating a draft, placing an order, paying, or using an invitation-management link, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. 2. What Bushra provides
Bushra provides digital invitation templates, customization tools, hosted invitation links, and—where enabled—RSVPs, wishes, guest links, QR entry passes, check-in, media, maps, and event-management features. The exact template, enabled features, language, price, currency, and event details shown before payment form part of the order.
3. Orders and contract formation
A draft or preview is not a confirmed order. You must review the template, essential event information, total price, currency, and these terms before paying. An order is accepted only after Bushra receives a successful payment confirmation or a Super Admin manually confirms and creates the invitation. We may contact you to verify information or reject and refund an order that cannot lawfully or technically be fulfilled.
4. Prices, payment, and receipts
Prices are displayed per template as a one-time charge unless stated otherwise. The final amount, currency, and any applicable tax or customer fee are shown before payment; Bushra does not add an undisclosed charge afterward. Payment is currently made through CliQ or Zain Cash using the details provided through Bushra's agreed contact channel. Payment is complete only after Bushra confirms receipt. Keep the transfer reference or receipt for your records.
5. Delivery, activation, and publication
After payment is confirmed, Bushra creates or activates the invitation and provides a private management link through the agreed contact channel. The delivery time is the time confirmed with you. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, locations, links, media, and guest settings before publishing or sharing the invitation.
6. Changes and additional work
The invitation portal allows changes to the fields supported by the purchased template. Requests for a new design, a different template after work starts, custom development, unusually large media work, or features outside the purchased template may require a separate quotation and timeline. Bushra will not charge an additional amount without explaining and obtaining approval for it.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and defective service
You may abandon a draft before payment at no charge. Because the purchased service is digital and personalized, provisioning and customization may begin immediately after payment is confirmed. If you request cancellation before work or activation begins, Bushra will refund the paid amount. After the invitation has been provisioned, published, or substantially customized, a change-of-mind refund may not be available. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If the service is not delivered, is materially defective, or materially differs from the purchased description, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, Bushra will correct the defect, redeliver the service, or issue an appropriate full or partial refund. Duplicate or unauthorized transfers will be investigated and refunded when confirmed. Bank or wallet posting times are outside Bushra's control.
8. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of the names, text, photographs, audio, video, logos, and other content you submit. You grant Bushra a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to create, operate, secure, and support your invitation. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including permission from people appearing in submitted media, and that the content is lawful and does not infringe privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
9. Guests, RSVP data, and wishes
The invitation owner decides who receives the invitation or guest links and determines why guest information is collected. The owner must share links carefully, provide guests with appropriate notice, and use RSVP, wish, ticket, and check-in information only for the event and other lawful purposes. Guest counts reflect submitted responses and do not guarantee actual attendance. Wishes may appear to invitation visitors after moderation when that feature is enabled.
10. Private links and account security
Invitation, ticket, guest, and management links may provide direct access without a password. Keep management and ticket links confidential and do not forward them to unauthorized people. Notify Bushra promptly if a link is lost, exposed, or misused so it can be revoked or replaced. You must not attempt to access another invitation, bypass security, scrape data, interfere with the service, upload malware, or use the platform for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, or unsolicited messaging.
11. Intellectual property
Bushra and its licensors own the platform, software, templates, animations, layouts, branding, and original assets, excluding customer content. Purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the resulting invitation for the specified event. It does not transfer the template source code or permit resale, copying, sublicensing, extraction, or creation of competing templates.
12. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to keep the service secure and available, but internet, hosting, map, messaging, device, and browser services may experience interruption. Bushra is not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer, a recipient forwarding a link, guest decisions, or attendance outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, gross negligence, or a defective service.
13. Suspension and termination
Bushra may temporarily restrict or suspend an invitation when reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful use, infringement claim, non-payment, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will notify the customer and allow the issue to be corrected. Ending access does not remove payment obligations already due or provisions that by their nature should survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including applicable consumer-protection and personal-data-protection rules. The parties should first attempt to resolve complaints through Bushra's support channels. If they cannot, disputes are subject to the competent Jordanian courts, without limiting any mandatory right to complain to a regulator or consumer-protection authority.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, payment methods, or law. The effective and last-updated dates appear at the top. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where reasonably required.
